DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Aquatics and Plant Shed for the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) requires l the services of a general contractor for the construction of the new wood framed aquatics and plant storage shed for housing seasonal research equipment for the Department of Biological Sciences. The scope of work includes for the construction of a 30 square meters wood storage shed located behind the Science Wing building. Refer to Attachment 1 Description of Goods / and Services in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document .
Scope of Work Highlights
Work included is as follows:

Site Grading
Service Trench
Engineered Slab on grade flooring
Construction of Wood Storage Shed
Supply and installation of electrical, mechanical and security equipment
Supply and installation of furnishing including shelving

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.

The evaluation criteria and weightings to be applied are as follows:

Documentation

Contractor Safety Acknowledgement Form (Pass/Fail)
A current clearance certificate from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
Proof of Insurance
CCDC 11-2019 Contractors Qualification Statement

1. Attendance at Proponents Meeting (Pass/Fail)
