RFQ - 002 - Architectural Services for University of Calgary Properties Group Ltd.

University of Calgary Properties Group Ltd. (UCPG) is seeking to engage world-class architectural talent capable of delivering design services for its office portfolio and invites the submission of Qualifications (“Statement of Qualifications” or “SOQs”) for the provision of architectural services for office design. These services will include concept design, schematic design, detailed design and renovation design for opportunities to develop a non-traditional mixed-use concept that incorporates the use of office space and/or lab space (wet and dry) within a signature building. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to identify qualified Respondents having demonstrated experience, expertise and resources to provide such services.

The structure of this RFQ provides the RFQ process background information and the SOQ Submission Requirements, and Evaluation Criteria. The SOQ Submission Requirements and Evaluation Criteria outline all of the information which is required to be submitted by the Respondent as part of the response in order for UCPG to accurately evaluate the SOQs.
