Description

The purpose of this document is to describe the requirements TVO has for the supply, delivery and support of an online teacher platform to deliver and support the existing TeachOntario service. TVO is going to a Request for Proposal process, in compliance with procurement policy, to ensure TVO is getting the best price and service for the platform that currently supports TeachOntario.
The intended audiences for this document are the key internal stakeholders of the proposed platform to verify that the requirements have been documented here completely, accurately and unambiguously.
To ensure timely delivery this RFP will be high-level to capture key requirements and user experience consistent with the existing user experience on TeachOntario.
