Description

TVO is looking for a quote to renew support for its Telestream products. Software support for the Vantage modules and extended hardware support for the Lightspeed and Live Stream servers. Please provide a one year agreement with start and end dates as described in the RFP document. The goal is for all products to co-terminate on November 1, 2019. The vendor must be a Telestream Partner and be authorized to resell support agreements. TVO must have the ability to open a technical support Service Request.
