Description

TVO is seeking a provider of IT testing services on an as needed basis, for test design, execution and analysis to supplement our in-house QA Department during high demand or volume periods and for special projects. Services will be performed on-site at TVO Offices in Toronto, Ontario during regular business hours, unless otherwise agreed to by the Manager, Programs and QA. The IT quality assurance and testing services resource requirements is dependent on the number, nature and stage of projects being undertaken at any time.
The duration of the engagement will be up to 3 years with a maximum value of $750,000 over the 3 years.
TVO will request services a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance. For each project / testing engagement, TVO will issue a Statement of Work to the Proponent for their acceptance and wherein compensation for Deliverables completed and/or services rendered will be specified.
