T08CF21606 - SUPPLY OF HAND AND CUTTING TOOLS FOR UP TO ONE YEAR

The TTC intends to issue a contract for the supply of Hand and Cutting tools for up to a one-year term with the optional extension of one calendar year.

The requirement includes 7 Price Schedules:

Price Schedule 1 – HAND AND CUTTING TOOLS Price Schedule 2 – HAND HELD POWER TOOLS
Price Schedule 3 – ABRASIVES
Price Schedule 4 – VARIOUS DRILL BILS

Price Schedule 5A, 5B, 5C – DISCOUNT OFF MANUFACTURER LIST PRICE – 5A MANDATORY

Price Schedule 6 – OFF SHOPPING BASKET (COST PLUS FACTOR) - MANDATORY

Price Schedule 7 – FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

Bidders must submit pricing on a minimum of 90% of items for Price Schedules 1,2,3,4 and complete Price Schedules 5A, and 6.

Price Schedules 5B,5C, and 7 are optional.

The price lists consist of numerous manufacturers and the TTC will not evaluate alternatives for this RFB.

A non-exhaustive list of manufacturers includes but is not limited to:
Gray Tools, Clarkson-Obsorn Tools, Milwakuee, Dewalt, Snap-On, 3M, Stanley, Greenlee Textron, Ryobi, Makita, Walter Surface Technologies Inc, Irwin, Richard Knife & Tool, OLFA, Apex Tool Group.
