To contact TTC in relation to this RFSQ, respondents must register with TTC’s public purchasing portal at https://ttc.bonfirehub.ca/projects/view/58021 (the “TTC’s Bonfire Portal”) and initiate the communication electronically through the Question and Answer function. TTC will not accept any respondent’s communications by any other means, except as specifically stated in this RFSQ.
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has a requirement to retain up to two (2) qualified and experienced companies to provide short-term temporary resources for up to a three-year term. The Company shall provide skilled personnel, on an as required basis, for various job/skill categories including by not limited to junior, intermediate and senior resources. The company shall have a minimum of 5 years in the business, as a recruiting/staffing agency with outreach within the GTHA (City of Toronto, Halton, Peel, York, Durham and Hamilton) that represents a diversified and representative applicant pool meeting the demographic and skill based requirements of the TTC and mirrors TTC’s Diversity and Inclusion action plan.
