REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PSYCHOLOGICAL PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS AND MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS TRAINING FOR UP TO A THREE-YEAR TERM RFP NO. P81BH23003 

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires a Company or Companies to perform the following services:
Category 1 – Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments

• The Company, must demonstrate experience performing psychological assessments on law enforcement candidates, specifically police and/or special constables, in the Province of Ontario in accordance with the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Constable Selection System.
• The Company’s facilitator(s) must provide proof of certification as follows at minimum:
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent Psychology discipline;
  • Member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario for no less than 5 years

• The Company must have experience in management of an assessment team providing similar types of services in the past 5 years.

• The Company and/or the Company’s Facilitator(s) must demonstrate experience in the research, design development and delivery of Mental Health Awareness, Crisis Intervention Awareness and Officer Self-Care training in a law enforcement training environment. 
• The Company must have experience in management of an instructional and/or assessment team providing similar types of services in the past 5 years.
