Description

The Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to
the overhaul of three (3) Elevators, the provision of
engineering, design, fabrication, equipment,
manufacture, shipment, installation labour and Products,
commissioning and acceptance inspections, warranty
services and temporary works to complete the Overhaul
Work and localized state-of-good repair. Bidder's must
attend both tours to have their submission considered.

290 Borough Drive, Scarborough, Ontario. Once the
walkthrough is completed at SC Station, the site tour
will adjourn for 30 minutes to allow the Bidder's
representative(s) time to travel from SC Station to
Kennedy Subway Station (2455 Eglinton Avenue
East, Scarborough, Ontario. Bidder's must attend
both tours to have their submission considered.

Safety Wear: Safety shoes, construction hard hat, safety glasses, and
safety vest.
