The TTC is seeking to hire a Consultant to provide support for the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project as an Independent Value Assessor, which will provide an impartial and unbiased perspective, facilitate discussion, provide advice, opinion and challenge both the TTC and the Development Contractor on the key value drivers such as, but not limited to:
• sub-contracting and procurement approach;
• schedule and sequencing;
• risk management;
