The purpose of the Project is to determine the current state of the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)’s network security in relation to the defined Network Security Strategy, and provide guidance and an action plan for any necessary remediation. The outcome of the assessment will include a validation of the existing Network Security Strategy, recommendations for improvements, a gap analysis between the current state architecture and desired future state, and an action plan to achieve the desired state.
