The objective of this RFP is to select a prospective Proponent for the provision of:

1. A cloud based enterprise Time and Attendance and Workforce Scheduling SaaS solution that meets the TTC’s requirements outlined in this RFP;
2. Specialized time capture devices technology such as digital clock, electronic touch pad, Interactive Voice Response – IVR, etc., for the purpose of automating the capture of employee time and attendance and provide employee self-service capabilities;
3. Warranties, support and maintenance for the Solution proposed;
4. Professional services to lead, manage, build, and deliver the Solution in the following areas:

1. Project management Services;
2. Organizational change management and communications Services;
3. Enterprise integration Services for proposed Solution integrated with TTC systems;
4. Business process design Services;
5. Data management Services;
6. Technical Solution build Services;
7. Performance tuning Services;
8. Training Services;
9. Testing Services;
10. Cutover management Services;
11. Knowledge transfer Services;
12. Production Support and Sustainment Services, and,
13. Solution Warranty and Maintenance and Support Services
