Description

The TTC delivers modern, reliable, punctual and safe transportation services to our customers in the Greater Toronto Area. To provide the foregoing service, the TTC relies on our approximately 12,900 union and non-unionized employees (80% of the employees are in unionized skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled positions). The remainder of the workforce are considered to be in clerical, supervisory and management roles.

The TTC has a variety of programs to recognize and reward employees for their service, performance, and contributions to the organization and our customer service culture in general. While many of these programs and their related measurements will be administered internally, the TTC would like to acquire the services of a Contractor to supply and administer web-based services for the following:

Design and develop gift portfolios for Safe Worker, Safe Operator, Long-Service and Retirement Awards Programs.
Design and develop a Website for TTC Employees for the award programs (Safe Worker, Safe Operator, Long-Service and Retirement)
Administer packages
