The Toronto Transit Commission’s (TTC) Customer Communications Department operates Shop TTC – the TTC’s online store which sells TTC-related merchandise to the public. The TTC would like to expand the public online store to include additional merchandise and to develop an internal online store for merchandise to be purchased by TTC staff.
 
It is the intent of the TTC to hire a Promotional Company (Contractor) to manage the TTC’s external and internal online stores. The work would include the production, sourcing, sale and delivery of agreed upon items, which would be developed and designed by the TTC and to be added to the inventory managed by the Contractor. The Contractor would also be responsible for the development of the online store website, inventory management and customer service. Through consultation with TTC staff, the Contractor will familiarize itself with the TTC’s business, products and services.
