This Notice of Proposed Procurement is to advise potential Suppliers that the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) plans to conduct a procurement process as described below. Procurement documents will be posted as soon as available, with complete information.

Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) documents are planned to be available:

This NRFP is for the design, supply, installation oversight, test and commissioning, and safety certification of a Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) system for the Line 2 subway line.
