Description

The Corporation of the Township of Ignace, supported by the Kenora District Services Board (KDSB) is seeking to engage a Design-Build firm for the construction of a new “turn-key” 10-Unit Senior’s Housing Complex with onsite supports, and connected via a breezeway to the Silver Top’s Senior’s Centre.
Attached you will find a Request for Proposal package which includes the Bid Submission Form, Schedule of Items and Prices, and the List of Sub-Contractors, which all must be completed and submitted with your proposal. Please forward two copies of your completed proposal to the Township of Ignace c/o KDSB, attn.: Ben Reynolds, 120 Matheson St. S, Kenora, Ontario P9N 1T8 or preferably in PDF form, electronically to breynolds@kdsb.on.ca & jfelix@ignace.ca.
