Description

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley is seeking
proposals from suitably qualified individuals and/or consulting firms to provide professional
services to develop and prepare a detailed options, opportunities, and conceptual Master
Plan for Rows Corners Park Land that will allow the Township to guide and strategically
manage the planning and decision making for these lands over the next ten (10) years.
Note that this is not a call for tender but a request for proposals to identify a preferred
Proponent and to initiate negotiations for the delivery of the required services.
