Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm, on January 27, 2020 to be considered.

The Township reserves the right to reject any or all of the submissions made and is not bound to accept the submission with the lowest costs. Lowest or any submission may not necessarily be accepted.

One (1) original and two (2) copies of the bid document, or as otherwise requested in RFP document, properly signed and sealed and clearly marked as to its contents, shall arrive at the municipal office of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, 6544 New Dublin Road, RR.2, Addison, Ontario, K0E 1A0 no later than 4:00 p.m. on January 27, 2020.

Late bids shall not be accepted; however, they shall be time and date stamped and returned to the Bidder unopened upon request.

The Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley’s time mechanism will be considered the official time when determining exact time of submission.
