Description

The Town of Watson Lake is inviting proposals for the supply and delivery of two (2) Type-2 Structure Protection Units (SPU).
Equivalent alternatives to the product specified may be considered if full descriptive data on the proposed alternatives are submitted with the Proposal Submission. The Town of Watson Lake reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the alternative is equal to the product specifications.
Proposals must include two matching trailers designated “WL SPU-21” and “WL SPU-22”
Proposals shall be developed by the “Proposer”.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be submitted in a password protected format to cdo@watsonlake.ca. Upon closing, an email will be sent requesting the password.
Proposals must be emailed, submitted, and finalized before 3:00:00 P.M. Yukon Time, Thursday, February 8th, 2024. Proposals received after this time will not be considered regardless of the reason for being late.
Proposals received by fax, paper delivery or any other method other than what is described above, will not be accepted or considered further for evaluation and will be returned to the Proponent, respectively, upon receipt.

All information submitted is available for viewing by the Town after the Closing Time.
