Description

The Town is moving forward to construct the Cougar Creek Debris Flood Retention Structure to
mitigate debris flood hazard on Cougar Creek. The magnitude of the Project has required an extensive
regulatory review. As a result, significant environmental considerations need to be addressed during
the life of the Project. An Environmental Management Team, consisting of the Engineer, the Contractor
and an independent Environmental Monitor, will be overseeing and managing every environmental
aspects of the Project.

The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Proposal to select an Environmental Consulting firm
to act as the Environmental Monitor for the Cougar Creek project.
