Description

The Town of Canmore (the “Town”) is seeking a solar vendor (the “Proponent”) to design, install, commission, and monitor a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the roof of the soon to be constructed Canmore Fire Station at 1200 Steward Road, Canmore Alberta. The solar system to be in accordance with the Alberta Micro-Generation Regulation. The Town is seeking a turnkey solution that will provide economic payback in less than 20 years. As per the energy modeling report included in this RFP, the ballasted PV system is key to the Canmore Fire Station reaching near net zero carbon.
