Description

The purpose of this RFP is to hire a qualified contractor to develop assessment tools for the competency-based certification program for Supervisors based on the newly developed National Occupational Standard for the occupation. The assessment tools consist of one multiple-choice exam bank with 250 items and one structured interview with both behaviour-based and situational questions.
