The purpose of his RFP is to find a research firm that can study Tourism HR Canada’s collected research on tourism employment issues, as well as research from other sources and produce a report that synthesizes and summarizes this research, using it to predict future challenges faced by the sector and produce recommendations on how to overcome those challenges and become more resilient. This research will focus on the employment aspect of tourism but must also examine the broader economic, social, and political factors that affect the sector and its workers.
