Tourism HR Canada (THRC) is looking to hire a contractor who will gather information and perform an inventory of existing training programs catered toward Indigenous tourism businesses within Canada.

The key data points we are looking to capture are as follows:

What content is covered in program?
 What Skills/Competencies are covered – what is being taught?
 Length of program? How long would it take someone to complete all elements?
 Available languages
 Cost of program (if any)
 What type of learning is offered (online, workshops, blended, etc.)
 Target market for program – are they focused just specifically on Indigenous businesses or just as a specialty?

Tourism HR Canada envisions the selected contractor to conduct an environmental scan and submit a report detailing findings
