Qualified firms are invited to provide a response to this Request for Quote to TRREB by 4 p.m., [Friday, July 26, 2024]

The package should include the following:

An organization profile, including the legal name of the company, contact name, phone number and email.
A description of the firm’s products and services.
Include past engagements that involved similar deliverables to those described above.
Three (3) references of past clients with projects that are similar in scope and complexity that can be contacted in regard to your working relationship. Please describe how the services provided for these references are similar to the services in this quote.
Pricing for options listed above, including if the fee is a fixed flat fee or variable and based on an hourly rate.
Proposed work schedule, timeline, and deliverables.
Copy of the contract TRREB would be required to sign, should the response be the successful bidder.

Respondents may be required to attend TRREB offices and present their proposals.

Responsibility for all costs associated with the preparation, delivery and presentation of responses to this RFQ rests with the prospective service provider. TRREB will not reimburse costs incurred for preparing responses to this RFQ or attending any follow-up meetings.
