Optional Site / Information Meeting(s)
Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional site / information meeting to familiarize themselves with referenced RFQ and to ascertain the full extent of the goods and/or services required. The optional site / information meeting will take place as detailed:

Site meetings will not be available at any other times.
A record of questions and answers from the optional Site / Information Meeting that are deemed to be relevant by the TPS will be provided in the form of an addendum to the RFQ to all Suppliers. Any oral discussions at the optional site information meeting which are not incorporated into an addendum shall not modify, amend or form part of this RFQ.
Interested Suppliers must contact the designated procurement contact to advise of their availability and to accommodate the above, noting the following:
- Company name;
- Attendee name(s) (First and last), and role;
- Landline and/or mobile phone number of each attendee; and
- Email address of each attendee
No statement or information provided in such meeting by either the TPS or the Suppliers will amend any provision of this RFQ or the Contract, or may be relied upon by a Supplier in the RFQ process or its Bid, except and to the extent such statement or information is later confirmed through the issuance of an Addendum.
The TPS project supervisor or project manager may be present at the Site / Information Meeting in order to address and discuss any issues raised by Suppliers with respect to this RFQ. Suppliers are strongly encouraged to be thoroughly prepared and to ensure the attendance of key team members who are versed and knowledgeable with respect to the requirements of this RFQ.
Separate meetings with individual Suppliers will not be held.
Additionally and for awareness purposes, there is no parking on-site and bidders are encouraged to allow for plenty of time to secure parking spots nearby, prior to the start time of 11am. TPS will not grant bidders access to view the site after 12pm.
Upon arrival at the building located on College Street, please proceed to the entrance. Once there, kindly pass through the security checkpoint. Following security clearance, a designated representative will meet with all bidders to accompany them to the designated room. Bidders are requested to sign in upon arrival before being escorted to the designated area.
