Description

Quotations are invited for: the Supply and Delivery of Recognition Watches and Recognition Civilian Pins.

SUMBISSION REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder must register with MERX as an E-Bid Authorized Signer to attain a valid PIN from MERX in order to have the ability to formally complete and upload a Bid submission. Please ensure that the registration is completed 24 hours prior to uploading your Bid.

The term of this Contract is for a one (1) year period commencing upon Award.
TPS reserves the right to renew for an additional one (1) one-year period, based on the same terms and conditions, including pricing.

DELIVERY
Delivery of the watches is required on or before August 22, 2018
Delivery of the pins is required on or before August 29, 2018

RFQ Issued Monday, March 19, 2018
Deadline for Questions Wednesday, March 28, 2018@ 1:00:00 p.m.
Closing Date and Time Friday, April 6, 2018@ 1:00:00 p.m.

It is a condition of this quotation that bidders must submit photos of the watch and box being offered. Embossed dial is not required on the sample photos. Sample photos submitted may be male or female version, or both.
Bidders who cannot comply with watch and box photos in their bid will be disqualified.
The recommended vendor will be required to submit a sample watch and box, at no cost to the TPS, within 7 days of the request, for compliance and quality purposes. Failure to submit the samples, fully in accord with the detailed specifications of this RFQ, will result in disqualification of the bid and the TPS reserves the right to go to the next recommended vendor
