TPS is accepting Bids for the Supply and Delivery of Kraft Paper Bags.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.

Your bid submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS through the use of the MERX PORTAL. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX PORTAL by the Time and Closing Date, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all Bids at its sole discretion.

Goal

The intent of this RFQ is to invite quotes from vendors for supply and delivery of Kraft paper Bags on an as needed basis.

Non-Exclusivity

The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

Term of Contract

This is a one (1) year contract with an option to extend for four (4) additional one-year terms.

All in accordance with the requirements stated in this RFQ document.
