The Toronto Police Service is seeking Professional Services with expertise in job evaluation for unionized and management and non-management positions on an as needed basis. The service provider shall be a qualified professional who specializes in job evaluations using point factor systems and the Hay Group method in order to review, interview, evaluate and report on the evaluation results.
If requested, the service provider will also update and create job descriptions as well as deliver compensation and human resource related consulting advice.
The term of this contract for the provision of services commences January 1st, 2019, to December 31st, 2020. The TPS reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional two (2) one-year terms based on performance and other indicators and may include Board approval.
- Proponents interested must have a proven track record in providing Job Evaluation Services to a policing and/or public sector organization of similar size and complexity using point factor systems and the Hay Group method.
- Proponents must have been providing Job evaluation services for at least 5 years.
The TPS may, upon request, if successful vendor agrees, permit other publicly funded organizations to purchase against any contract which may result from this RFP.
