Hazardous Chemical Waste Haulers/Storage for Clandestine Waste

A two-envelope request for proposal (RFP) process will be utilized for this submission.
Proposal submission in Envelope #1 (technical response) will be sealed and contain one (1) original copy signed by an authorized officer of the company and three (3) additional copies of their proposal, which will include one digital/electronic PDF (searchable) copy on a USB flash drive (price excluded).
Proposal submission in Envelope #2 (pricing response) will be sealed and will include all-inclusive hourly rates associated with this RFP.
The TPS is initiating this RFP to seek a qualified professional service provider to provide hazardous waste removal, testing, sampling, transportation, storage and disposal /destruction, services from clandestine laboratories and miscellaneous services involving hazardous waste, including all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision required to remove, sample, testing, transport, dispose, destruction and securely store hazardous waste, for the TPS, on an as requested basis in accordance with and set out in this RFP.
The Term of this contract for the provision of services shall be for two (2) years commencing on award of contract (tentative start date mid Nov, 2017). Prices are held firm for the duration of the two year contract term.
TPS reserves the right to renew for an additional three (3) one-year options based on the same terms and conditions. This renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and TPS approval if applicable.
