Sports Injury Clinic Business Opportunity RFQ
This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is an invitation to proponents to submit information and qualifications as part of a multiphase process that may lead to a business arrangement to operate a sports injury clinic business at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. (“TPASC”) at 875 Morningside Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
Deadlines and Important Dates
Please review the attached document and submit your Response as requested to the address noted below by the closing deadline of Wednesday October 20, 2023, at 4 p.m. (Toronto time).
Responses will not be considered unless:
• Received by the date and time specified above; and
• Received at the address specified below.
Mandatory Site Visit
The mandatory site visit to see the space designated for the sports injury clinic and hear more details about the process will be held on Friday October 13, 2023, at 10 a.m. sharp (Toronto time). Please meet by the big red customer service desk at the south end of the building.
The building address is 875 Morningside Avenue (located on Morningside Avenue just south of the 401).
