Proposed Documentation & Delivery

The documentation for each Proposal must meet the following requirements:

Must consist of one (1) original (clearly marked as such on the first page), two (2) full photocopies and one (1) full PDF format copy (submissions in any other format will not be accepted).
Should be double-sided, in 12 point font, with unlimited appendices.

Must be delivered no later than the Closing Deadline: at 2:00 p.m. EST to the attention of
