Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to proponents to submit proposals for master planning services for the Toronto Cricket Skating & Curling Club (TCSCC).
The Club is located at 141 Wilson Avenue in Toronto. It was in 1957 that Toronto Cricket Club and Toronto Skating Club, which had merged a year earlier, formed an agreement with the Toronto Curling Club to become the Toronto Cricket Skating & Curling Club. Since this time, the Club has added other athletic programs such as croquet, fitness, lawn bowling, squash, aquatics and tennis. In addition to athletic activities, the Club offers extensive food and beverage facilities.

The Club is seeking to retain the services of a multi-disciplinary team to develop the Club’s first long-term physical master plan. The plan will have a horizon of 20 years, with an emphasis on years 1 to 10 for more detailed analysis, recommendations and implementation options for capital planning. The plan will include all existing building and open space assets owned and used by the Club.
