Description

The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) is seeking proposals for the provision of ServiceNow Professional Services for implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management platform as a service for a period of three (3) years with an optional two (2) year extension at mutual consent. The intent is to hire one firm that can provide subject matter expertise as described herein. The initial engagement is anticipated to be completed by March 31st, 2019 and services thereafter will be on an as needed basis.
