Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Sean Patterson, Director of PublicWorks, Town of Deep River, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, Ontario, before:

2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, May 10th, 2018

for the replacement of the storm sewer on Chadwick Drive from the 100m north of Fermi Lane to the
Ottawa River. Construction to include storm sewer and maintenance hole installation, removals and full
road restoration (grading, granular base, hot mix paving).

Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.

Electronic copies of the tender documents may be obtained beginning on Thursday, April 19th, 2018 from the Town of Deep River, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, by sending a request to Jessy Pace at jpace@deepriver.ca.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.
