REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF MARKETING VIDEOS SPEAKING TO THREE KEY AUDIENCES OF THE COLLEGE OF PHYSIOTHERAPISTS OF ONTARIO
1. INTRODUCTION
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (College) is inviting submissions to develop and produce a series of five (5) videos speaking to three main audiences (patients, employers of physiotherapists and internationally educated physiotherapists), as determined by the College.
Expertise is required to work with College staff to develop and finetune the concepts for each video, as well as sufficient video production skills, including filming and editing.
Submissions must be received by August 17, 2018.
Objectives
Our objective is to create five (5) separate videos – one overall brand video and four (4) supplementary videos speaking to different audiences in patients, employers and internationally educated physiotherapists. The videos will help these audiences better understand the role of the College and answer some common questions.
BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The College’s mandate is to act in the best interest of the public by ensuring that physiotherapists (PTs) stay qualified, ethical and competent practitioners throughout their career. The College has identified three (3) main audiences that the videos should target including: patients, employers of physiotherapists and internationally educated physiotherapists.
Two (2) separate patient videos should focus on two key elements: the Physiotherapy Information Advisor at the College and the Public Register.
One (1) employer video should focus on employers better understanding the needs and responsibilities of the physiotherapists they employ and how they can maximize that working relationship.
One (1) internationally educated physiotherapist video will focus on how physiotherapists educated outside of Ontario can apply to practice in Ontario.
One (1) overall brand video will provide a high-level outline of the role of the College.
Videos should be no more than two minutes, with the possibility of having 30-second cut down versions for social media, where applicable. Tone should be friendly yet informative.
2. SCOPE
The vendor is responsible for the development of video concepts and full production of the videos (including filming and editing) with direction from the College.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES

- A detailed description of all costs related to the production and delivery of the videos
- Delivery of the videos no later than November 9, 2018
