Description

The Canadian Partnership against Cancer (“the Partnership”) requires a range of graphic design and/or
creative services (“Services”), as set out below, for various print and digital projects. To facilitate this,
the Partnership is looking to enter into a Supply Arrangement (SA) with qualified vendors to provide
Services up to December 29, 2024 on a non-exclusive project basis. The Partnership is seeking
submissions (Proposal) from companies with established capabilities and a proven track record in:
• Developing strategic solutions based on communications objectives
• Creative concept development
• Layout
• Data visualizations
• Production of final printed or digital art
This competitive process will result in successful Proponents becoming pre-qualified vendors through
receipt of a SA from the Partnership. These SAs do not constitute an agreement/contract and do not
guarantee a volume of work. When a need for Services arises, the Partnership will enter into a contract
with the pre-qualified vendor of its choice to complete the required work.
