Description

The term of the Lease is
to be for a period of up to three (3) years less a day, with an option for two (2) additional terms of three (3) years, at the Partnership’s discretion with similar or updated state-of-the-art equipment. It is the intention of the Partnership to engage the Proponent as a Vendor of Record (VOR). The leased equipment will be upgraded every three (3) years to meet the requirements of the Partnership and provide the state-of-the-art technology.
