Description

The Agency is requesting proposals from independent auditors to conduct annual compliance audits for the next five years. The first audit will examine the Agency’s compliance with the Agency-CMHC agreement during the 2020 calendar year. Continuation of the auditor’s contract in each of the subsequent four years will be dependent upon satisfactory performance of the previous year’s audit. The successful Bidder will be required to perform the first audit and to submit a draft report to the Agency by no later than February 15, 2021. Subsequent annual audits will follow a similar timeframe.

The Agency for Co-operative Housing is requesting proposals for compliance audit. Please submit your proposals for the attached Request for Proposal no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on August 14, 2020.
Can you please confirm by 22 July 2020 if you plan to respond to the RFP. All questions relating to this RFP must be received by 24 July, 2020.
