Description

The Agency for Co-operative Housing is requesting Proposals from survey-based research organizations to design and conduct a client satisfaction survey and to analyse and report the survey results, comparing them to results from similar surveys conducted in 2008, 2011 and 2015.

The Agency also wishes to understand overall client satisfaction levels in key areas of its service delivery and to evaluate satisfaction with tools introduced by the Agency.
