2508 - PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

SCOPE OF WORK 
OBJECTIVE
 
TSSA is seeking professional photography/videography services to capture corporate photos and digital imagery - candid and art directed - for use on internal/external communications and/or marketing/advertisement materials including, but not limited to corporate website, intranet, social media, annual general meeting, corporate events, advocacy campaigns, etc.
 
All images/imagery will align with TSSA’s brand and character. Images/imagery captured by the selected vendor will become part of TSSA’s picture and video repository for use as it deems appropriate.
 
TSSA staff will work with the vendor on the specific images and locations that will be required for each project.

Depending on the nature of the project, key target audience groups that TSSA engages with through various communication tools include:

• TSSA Board of Directors
• TSSA staff, customers, industry stakeholders
• Ontario public
• Government, ministries, safety organizations etc.
