TSSA is currently looking to modernize its examination management system, through software as a service, which will facilitate the creation of a multi-faceted platform to offer and conduct examinations for all TSSA regulated industries across Ontario, including but not limited to: effective/standardized examination development; flexible registration, scheduling and examination delivery (online/paper); instant processing of results/scores; reporting tools; while maintaining the security of the examination banks.
The modernization activity will support various functional areas, including: examination question creation; examination management; examination administration; scheduling, delivery, scoring, reporting; data conversion; training and support.The vendor shall provide the following services:
- Facilitate the documentation and validation of business requirements
- Develop and maintain a project plan from initiation to implementation
- Lead the system build and data conversion activities
- Lead the testing (SIT and UAT)
- Lead implementation
- Provide post implementation user training and provide standard operating procedures and standard work instruction files
- Lead the creation of an end to end process flow and customer facing documentation to support TSSA’s examination modernization activities
- Support post-implementation, through the lifecycle of the term
