Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by TSSA for the purpose of identifying a Systems Integrator (SI) for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (version 8.2) and Field Service implementation to provide the requisite technical skills required to configure and customize the selected solution. Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Field Service extension are being used to enable Order to Cash (OTC) functionality. This RFP includes the OTC scope of work, in-scope processes, requirements, RACI and request for pricing. Go Live is expected by November 2018.
