Description of Goods and/or Services:
The applicable requirements provide the following to the TSSA:

Available suppliers can provide skilled resources to meet both the TSSAs’ temporary and permanent needs and requirements
Multi-year agreement ensuring TSSA’s compliance with selecting resources
Access to resources that can work remotely or on-site as required
Each of the vendors selected would provide the TSSA with resources, both permanent and non-permanent on a when and as needed basis.
- Permanent employees: would utilize recruiting or placement services
- Temporary employees: would utilize temporary recruitment and placement services. Temporary employees may be engaged to be brought onto TSSA payroll, or may be provided as a service through the agency.

This RFP is to select a roster of vendors that would be able to provide Human Resources (HR) Temporary Resource Augmentation Services as well as Permanent on an as needed basis. The TSSA’s intention is to qualify up to 6 vendors that would form an internal roster of suppliers that can provide the requested services on an as and when needed basis.
The TSSA does not guarantee any specific number of SOWs, specific assignments, volume or level of business, or revenue to the Supplier and TSSA’s anticipated requirements are projections only. Projections, past purchasing history and representations about service level and business requirements are not binding, and TSSA shall not be liable for any act or expenditure (including expenditures for equipment, materials, packaging or other capital expenditures) by the Supplier in reliance on them. These services requested will be on an as and when needed basis.

Term: The term of the engagement is anticipated to be for an initial term of 5-years with the option to renew the agreement for an additional term of two (2), one (1) year renewals.
