Description

The TSSA needs to have a sustainment model aligned to take ownership of the newly implemented Epicor Finance application on an as and when needed basis.

This RFP is for equipping the organization with an Epicor outsource partner to enable TSSA to expand and contract with stability needs, project work that may arise, and other ‘unknowns’ at this time. TSSA went through this transformation from Oracle EBS to Epicor for increased efficiency, customer focus, data integrity, process harmonization, and application of Risk Informed Decision Making (RIDM) in Finance business operations.
