The Technical Standards and Safety Authority is requesting proposals from qualified service providers to provide Cleaning Services for its Corporate Office, covering all four floors of the building located at 345 Carlingview Drive, Toronto, Ontario, over a term of 4.5 years, commencing May 2022 with an option for 2 one year renewals. Proponents are advised that the RFP Documents are available only through the MERX system which can be found at the following link: www.merx.com. Questions relating to this RFP: Proponents shall submit questions electronically via the MERX website. All questions must be electronically submitted in writing by the ‘Deadline for Proponents to submit questions’ identified in Section 2.4. Questions should contain specific reference to this RFP and the section or sections thereof to which the question relates.
The following documents are available from the Bid Administrator referenced in section 1.5 (3) above. Once the Non-Disclosure form (Appendix E Vendor Non-Disclosure Form) has been signed off and received by the Bid Administrator, copies of the following Appendices will be provided to each proponent.
