Description
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by the Technical Standard and Safety Authority (“TSSA”) as an invitation to prospective proponents to provide Call Centre Infrastructure Services as set out in Section 2.1 (Description of Goods and/or Services) and further outlined in Appendix B: Scope of Work and Requirements Schedule of this RFP.
BonfireHub Portal
The Technical Standards and Safety Authority is utilizing the BonfireHub portal (“Bonfire”) for document distribution, the acceptance of proposals, and the evaluation of proposals via electronic means.
Proposals submitted in any other manner may be subject to disqualification. The Technical Standards and Safety Authority will not accept, acknowledge, or return any proposals received via facsimile, electronically mailed (emailed), received in hard copy or received outside of the BonfireHub web portal.
Please note that Proponents must be registered in Bonfire to be able respond to this RFP.
Proponents are requested to not embed any documents within the uploaded files, as they will not be accessible – Proponents can however make use of the Other Documents upload slot to provide additional information that they would like to submit.
The Technical Standards and Safety Authority accepts no responsibility or liability for misdirected or incomplete Proposals. The Proponent has sole responsibility to ensure the Technical Standards and Safety Authority receives the Proposal on the BonfireHub web portal on or before the Submission Deadline as indicated in Section 2.4 (RFP Timetable).
