Description

The consultant is required to update and improve the existing BCP for TSSA ensuring it is current, detailed, comprehensive and functional. The BCP should include plans, measures and arrangements to ensure the continuous delivery of critical services and permits TSSA to recover its facility, data and assets during a disruption. It should also include plans to ensure access and availability of necessary resources to support business continuity, including personnel, information, equipment, financial allocations, legal counsel, infrastructure protection and accommodations.
