Description

TSSA is seeking proposals to obtain the services of a Benefits Consultant (individual or firm). This consultant will advise TSSA on its Employee Group Benefits Plans.

TSSA currently has approximately 422 benefit-eligible employees. The current business covers specific employee group benefits provided from Great West Life (Health, Dental, Life, LTD), Sun Life Financial (Critical Illness), Warren Shepell (Employee Assistance Program) and Industrial Alliance Pacific (Accidental Death & Dismemberment).

TSSA currently offers the following group benefits:
