The Bid Documents are made available only for the purpose of submitting Bids for the Project. Availability and/or use of the Bid Documents do not confer a licence or grant for any other purpose.
Project Overview - Project includes, but is not limited to the following: architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical renovations for a new PET-CT suite and Hot Lab, with structural upgrades at floor and ceiling below.
INVITATION
Bid Call Deadline: Irrevocable, General Contractor Bids for Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre – PET-CT Relocation Project – Level 2 signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of the Consultant; Stantec Consulting Ltd., C/O Tyler Rizzuto, 1263 Innovation Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario P7B 0A2 no later than 1:30:00 pm (EDT), August 16, 2022.
INTENT
Intent of this Bid Call is to obtain an offer to perform work for the construction of the new PET-CT Suite at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.
PROJECT IDENTIFICATION
The Project is identified as Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre PET-CT Relocation Project – Level 2 Thunder Bay, Ontario, Consultants file number 144520061 as prepared by Stantec and set out in the Bid Documents.
The Project Location is Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre 980 Oliver Road Thunder Bay, Ontario.
